San Patrik Real Estate became a member of Leading Real Estate Companies of the World (LeadingRE) in 2023, a global network of independent real estate firms recognised for strong local expertise and high professional standards.

The network includes more than 550 selected companies, 4,900 offices and approximately 138,000 agents across over 70 countries. Membership is extended by invitation to agencies that meet specific criteria in service quality, market performance and professional reputation within their local markets.

With this membership, Croatia is represented within the LeadingRE network by a locally established, independent firm. This provides structured international exposure for the Croatian market while maintaining direct, on-the-ground expertise and advisory support for clients.

For San Patrik clients, membership offers access to a trusted global referral network, direct connections with buyers and investors in key markets, and ongoing exchange of professional insight within an international community of independent agencies.

Joining the network marked an important step in the company’s continued development and international positioning, while maintaining a clear focus on the local market and a personalised approach to each client. San Patrik continues to operate as an independent boutique agency specialising in selected residential properties and development projects in Zagreb, Istria and Dalmatia.

Membership in Leading Real Estate Companies of the World reflects a long-term commitment to professional standards, discretion and client-focused service.
