In the Croatian royal town of Nin, a modern residential building with a total of 10 apartments is being built, arranged over the ground floor and two upper floors. The project includes an elevator, private pools next to the ground-floor apartments, large roof terraces for the top-floor apartments, and secured parking spaces.
The ground-floor apartments have two bedrooms, two bathrooms, covered terraces, private gardens, and pools. The project предусматриes a total of three pools, one for each ground-floor apartment. Currently, seven apartments of different sizes and layouts are available, from one-bedroom apartments on the first floor to two-bedroom apartments with private gardens and pools or large roof terraces.
Heating and cooling are provided by individual multi-split air-to-air heat pump systems for each apartment, with air conditioning units in the living room and bedrooms, while electric underfloor heating is planned in the bathrooms. The exterior joinery is designed in PVC with insulated glass and a low-e coating, as well as shutters. The building has a thermally insulated facade, and the flat roof is designed as a walkable roof with a ceramic finishing layer.
Nin is one of the most recognizable historic towns on the Croatian coast, known for its royal heritage, old town center, lagoon, long sandy beaches, and centuries-old salt production tradition. In the Nin lagoon there is also a site with healing mud, Peloid, whose beneficial properties were known already in Roman times. At the same time, the proximity of Zadar and major transport routes makes Nin practical for longer stays as well, not just for a summer holiday.
Planned move-in is during the second half of 2027.
All apartments are sold under the VAT system, which means the buyer does not pay the 3% real estate transfer tax.
