Ivan Varat

Founder & Managing Director

Ivan Varat is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of San Patrik Real Estate, a boutique agency based in Zagreb. The company is a member of Leading Real Estate Companies of the World®, a global network of more than 550 leading firms across 70 countries, selected according to high standards of service quality and performance.

For over ten years, he has worked with domestic and international clients on the sale and acquisition of residential and luxury properties. His focus is on strategic advisory, negotiations and transaction management for clients who value privacy and long term value.

He completed his MBA at the Zagreb School of Economics and Management in cooperation with Luiss Business School in Rome, with a focus on management and international marketing.

In his work with clients, he places strong emphasis on process control and secure execution. Most collaborations come through referrals and long term relationships.
