The San Patrik Luxury Program is intended for owners whose properties have real potential for international buyers and require a different approach to the sale. Not every property is included. We work only with those where there is genuine demand from the international market.
For properties that stand out by location and quality, we position them selectively toward verified buyers and partners abroad. International buyers represent a significant share of demand, most commonly from Slovenia, Germany, Austria, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Poland, with growing interest from Scandinavia, the United Kingdom and the United States.
Through international contacts, selected channels and private investment networks, we present the property to verified buyers and investors abroad. This includes international buyers, long-term investors, family offices and buyers seeking stable locations for living or investment.
The program makes sense when there is a clear match between the property, the owner and the sales objective. The focus is not on maximum exposure, but on finding the right buyer at the right time.
Privacy, timing and the way a property is presented matter more than broad and uncontrolled visibility.
